For your convenience, you may pay by post dated cheque. Royal Bank, Scotiabank, C.I.B.C., TD Canada Trust, Bank of Montreal and Credit Union customers may pay online. If paying in person, a debit machine is available (no credit cards). A penalty of 1.25% of the amount owing will be charged on any payment not made by the due date, and an additional penalty of 1.25% will be charged on the first day of each month until paid.
